The Reedley Police Department handled 653 public-initiated and officer-initiated calls for service, with 115 dis- patched as Priority 1 calls. Officers completed 103 police reports, made 24 arrests and issued 23 traffic citations. There were six traffic collisions and three DUI cases, one fire call and 11 medi- cal aid calls.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our daughter Sarah Louise Kallio (38) of San Andreas, CA. Sarah was born and raised in Reedley. She graduated from Reedley High School in 2001.
Sarah moved to San Andreas in 2013, where she worked for the Forestry as a flagger for the forest fires. She then promoted into a forester position. She was very artistic and did amazing paintings for the local museum. She loved restoring items that she found at yard sales.
She is preceded in death by a sister Patricia, in 1991.
Sarah is survived by her parents Patrick and Becky Kallio, a daughter Leanna Kallio, all of San Andreas, two brothers Robert Kallio of Daytona Beach, FL., and Michael Kallio of Angels Camp, Ca, sister Elizabeth Kallio-Johns, of San Andreas, CA.
Sarah was greatly loved and will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held on July 31, 2021 at 1 p.m. at the First Southern Baptist Church in Reedley.
