West Nile-infected mosquitoes detected in north Dinuba

Delta Vector Control Gen- eral Manager, Dr. Mustapha Debboun, reminds residents in north Dinuba to take a few simple steps to prevent mos- quito bites. Mosquitoes infect- ed with West Nile Virus have been collected marking the second time a positive sample was collected in the area.
The first positive sample was on May 15 and the latest was on July 7, according to Debboun.

Isidro Mendoza Gar-
cilazo of Orange Cove died July 11 in Fresno. He was 61.
Mr. Garcilazo worked as a field la- borer.
He is survived by his wife, mother and five sisters.

Mr. Guerra worked as a collector.

you go outdoors during dawn or dusk.
An EPA-registered insect repellent contains the follow- ing active ingredients:

Shortly after the merger, a state- ly building with 13 rooms was built at the southwest corner of Frank- wood and East American avenues, where the present campus stands.

Clotilda Martinez
Clotilda Martinez, 81 years old, of Reedley passed away peacefully and
comfortably on June 27, 2020 in Anthony, New Mexico at her
nephew’s, Christopher Monta- no, home. She was the fourth of seven children. Clotilda is predeceased by her parents,
 omas & Clotilda Marti- nez, and her sister, Connie Banuelos. She is survived by
her sisters, Janet Lewis and Norma Valenzuela, and her
brothers,  omas Martinez Jr., Leroy Martinez, and Dale W.
Martinez.
She was a doting Godmother to
Clarence Montano, Jimmy (Guy) Valenzuela, Rebecca Marti- nez, and Shawn Valenzuela. She was born and raised in Orange County, California. Clotilda worked as a secretary for Hughes Aircra  for 30 years in Fullerton, California. In 1995, she moved to Reedley and worked for Mail Boxes Etc. until she re- tired. Clotilda leaves numerous nephews and nieces she adored and loved mothering. We love and will deeply miss you, Vita.
A Catholic Funeral Mass was held at St. Anthony of Padua’s Church, 1018 N. Frankwood Avenue, in Reedley on

JUDY ELLEN (GOETZ) JENKINS
June 8, 1948 - June 25, 2020
Judy Ellen (Dee) Jenkins passed away on June 25, 2020 a er a hard fought battle with cancer. She was born to Joseph and Beverly Goetz on June 8th, 1948. She was the  rst of six chil- dren born into a very blest family. She attended Immanuel High School and this is where she became known as Dee.  is nickname became her namesake for the rest of her life. Judy spent the majority of her career as a loan o cer for New Era Financial. Her clients were very important to her and she loved being able to serve them. She treated them not only as clients and friends but as family for whom she truly cared.
In her adult life she reached out to the Lord for herself and met Him and experienced the Lord’s grace, salvation and love. It was real and it was powerful.
Judy was preceded in death by her father, Joseph L. Goetz, her younger brother Jonathan Goetz, her younger brother Joseph E. Goetz and her niece Rebecca A. Bayes. Judy is survived by her mother, Beverly Goetz, her brother and his wife, Tom and Joyce Goetz, her sister and her husband, Paul and Karen  omas and her brother and his wife, Dan and Karen Goetz, 12 nieces and nephews whom she adored and 23 grand nieces and nephews that she loved to spoil.
As your family we want to thank you Judy for the love, the care, the laughs, and the tears.
