On September 14, 2021, the Reedley City Council introduced the following Ordinance.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF REEDLEY APPROVING CHANGE OF ZONE APPLICATION NO. 2021- 2 AND AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REEDLEY
This ordinance proposes to reclassify a 2.21 acre parcel (APN 370-070-95) from the MP (Planned Industrial) zone district to the CS (Commercial Service) zone district designation, located on the southwest corner of Buttonwil- low Avenue and Dinuba Avenue. The proposed Change of Zone Application is consistent with the 2030 General Plan Service Commercial Land Use Designation and is compatible with the surrounding zone districts.
Ordinance No. 2021-001 is scheduled to be considered for adoption by the City Council at its regular meeting on September 28, 2021, beginning at 7:00 p.m. A full copy of Ordinance No. 2021-001 is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
