The Reedley High Pi- rates boys basketball team improved to 4-2 overall with a 51-49 win over Fowler High School on Dec. 7 at Reedley High.
Anthony Figueroa and Florian Stasch each had 11 points, while Alex Ortuno and Leo Hernandez each had 10. Stasch also had 11 rebounds. Ortuno had eight.

“We will be a really physi- cal team, I think the sky is the limit for this team,” Todd said. “We are all getting to know each other and getting com- fortable. Once we do I think we will be good.”

RHS Small Ball Camp
Reedley High boys and girls basketball teams will host a small ball camp for kids in Kindergarten to eighth grades Jan. 13, 20, 27 and Feb. 3 at Reedley High School.
These are the daily times for the camps: K-second grade, 8:30 to 10 a.m., third to fifth grade, 10 a.m; to 11:30 a.m; and sixth to eighth grade, 11:30 to 1 p.m.
The cost for the camp is $40 before Dec. 15 and $50 after.
Registration fees include a reversible camp jersey.

The Reedley College Ti- gers men's basketball team went 1-2 at the Modesto Tournament Dec. 6 to Dec. 9 in Modesto.
As of Dec. 11, the Tigers are 3-6 overall.
On Dec. 6, the Tigers opened the tournament with a 74-58 loss to Saddleback College.
Alfredo Jimenez led the Tigers with 15 points, while Ruben Parks had 13.
Freshman Hassan Bolden had 10 points and 15 rebounds. Reedley College rebound- ed with an 84-57 victory over
Cosumnes River College on Dec. 7.
Jimenez led the Tigers with 15 points, while Bolden and Parks each had 13 points.
Elijah Jefferies and Toye Olagunju each had 10 points. On Dec. 9, the Tiger lost
82-79 to Yuba College. Bolden had 22 points and
10 rebounds. Parks had 16 points and Jimenez had 13.
The Tigers will compete in the San Joaquin Delta Tournament on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 15 and 16, in Stockton.
Reedley College will open the tournament against Cabrillo College.
RC Women's basketball
The Reedley College women's basketball team is 7-4 overall after a 80-42 vic- tory over Hartnell College on Dec. 6, in Salinas and a 79-63 loss to Cabrillo College on Dec. 7 in Santa Cruz.
In the Tigers victory over Hartnell College, I'man Con- ley led the Tigers with 30 points and 13 rebounds. Zavia Barlow had 15 points, while Geniah Martin had 12 points and 10 rebounds.
No statistics were avail- able for the game against Cabrillo College.
