Obituaries
Roberta I. Bello
Roberta I. Bello of Reedley died Dec. 4. She was 79.
Ms. Bello worked in food service.
She is survived by four daughters, eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
A chapel service was held Dec 15 at Dopkins Reedley Fu- neral Chapel. Burial followed at Reedley Cemetery.
Robert O. Bustamante Robert Ochoa
Bustamante of Del Rey died Dec. 8. He was 89. Mr. Bustamante worked in law enforce- ment, and served as po- lice chief for the city of Sanger from 1966 to
1972.
He is survived by
his wife, Ernestine Bustamante, two sons, one daughter, eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ramon and Eva Busta- mante, one brother and one sister.
No visitation or ser- vices were scheduled because of COVID-19. Wallin's Sanger Funer- al Home handled the arrangements.
Raquel Kennedy
Raquel Juanita Ken- nedy of Fresno died Dec. 7. She was 52.
Mrs. Kennedy was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, two daugh-
ters, three brothers and two grandchildren. Private services were held. Wallin's Sanger Funeral Home handled the arrange-
ments.
Sylvia Mendoza
Sylvia M. Jaimes Mendoza of Sanger died Dec. 5 in Fresno. She was 54.
Ms. Mendoza was a clerical worker.
She is survived her mother, Gloria Men- doza, two brothers and two sisters.
Services were held Dec. 14 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Buri- al followed at Sanger Cemetery.
Dopkins Reedley Funeral Chapel han- dled the arrangements.
Francisco Prieto
ReedleyVeterans
Francisco Prieto Moreno of Reedley died Dec. 5 in Hanford. He was 56.
Mr. Moreno worked as a farmer.
He is survived one son, two daughters and 10 grandchildren.
Services were held Dec. 16 at Dopkins Reedley Funeral Cha- pel. Burial followed at Reedley Cemetery.
Sam Youngblood
Sam Clyde Young- blood of Fresno died Dec. 8. He was 84.
Mr. Youngblood worked as a saw man for Fresno Pallet, Inc..
He is survived by one son, one daughter, two brothers, one sis- ter, three grandchil- dren and one great- grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ama Pearl Youngblood
No visitation was scheduled. Wallin's Sanger Funeral Home is handling the ar- rangements.

The annual Wreaths for Reedley Veterans ceremony will not take place in 2020, but fami- lies and individuals are encouraged to place an individual wreath at a loved one's gravesite in support.
Here is a message from Susan Lusk, proj- ect organizer with Wreaths for Reedley Veterans:
"To the Reedley Community,
"I would first like to thank all of the com- munity members who have supported, assist- ed with, and participat- ed in our Wreaths for Reedley Veterans Proj- ect. Over the last six years, we have honored
the the more than 1,800 veterans interred at the Reedley Cemetery by placing wreaths at their grave sites.
"Due to health con- cerns of gathering in large groups during the pandemic, we felt it was necessary to find an alternative way to honor our veterans this year. Therefore, we have received per- mission from both the cemetery board and the city of Reedley to place signs in each sec- tion of the cemetery. "These signs will be up from Saturday, Dec.19, through Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021.

August 24, 1971 ~ December 2, 2020
Heath was born and raised in Reedley, CA. He passed away in Fresno, CA where he lived for several years.
He attended Reedley High School, participating in Football, Wrestling and Baseball. He later graduated from Fresno State earning a degree in Education. He loved being with family and friends. He enjoyed watching sports and attending sporting events. He especially liked USC Football, attending games with Family since the age of seven until 2016. Heath was a very caring person with a big heart and a great sense of humor.
He is survived by his Mother, Maria Jane Ruiz, His Father, Hugo Padilla and his wife Ruth, his Sisters, Michelle Padilla Wright ( Jimmy) and Flora Oropeza; His Brothers, Michael Padilla, Robert Oropeza and Robert De La Vega. He was preceded in death his brothers Dionisio and Franky De La Vega. He leaves behind many Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Heath will be dearly missed but our memories of him will live on. We love you Heath and will see you again.

Terry Gerald Barsoom
May 24, 1965 ~ November 27, 2020
Terry was born in Fresno, Ca to Floyd and Marie Barsoom. Terry grew up in Reedley, Ca. He attended Washington Elementary, General Grant Junior High and graduated from Reedley High. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Communications from San Francisco State.
Throughout his junior high and high school years, Terry was active in local theatrical productions. Among his more notable roles, he played the Artful Dodger in Fresno Community Theater’s production of Oliver in 1977. In 1978 Terry joined the Good Company Players playing a newsboy in Gypsy and in the ensemble of Music Man. He was a founding member of the Junior Company participating in the pre-show entertainment.
Terry worked for M5 in San Francisco creating props for films and commercials and later worked for Mythbusters television series assisting in the set up of the tests. He even participated in an episode.
Terry is survived by his sister Tami (Barsoom) Crinklaw, niece Michelle (Crinklaw) Huerta, her husband Nick, their children Ryan and Freshta, niece Katherine (Crinklaw) Thompson, her husband Gary, their children Ava, Baron and Gage, nephew James Crinklaw, brother Todd Barsoom, his wife Carmen, and nieces Madison and Olivia.
Terry will be remembered for his quick wit, amazing talent, his tenderness and kind spirit to family and friends and as the “fun uncle”, giving wild blanket rides, dressing up for kid parties including an impressive pirate. He will be greatly missed.
A private service will be held. Any remembrances can be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
