On January 23, 2018, the Reedley City Council adopted the following
Ordinance.
An Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Reedley Amending Title 10, Chapter 2, Section 3 Pertaining To Zoning De nitions, Repealing And Replacing In Its Entirety Title 10, Chapter 6, Article D, Pertaining To Second Units, And Amend- ing Title 10, Chapter 25, Section 3, Pertaining To The Residential Use Matrix
This ordinance repeals and replaces Title 10, Chapter 6, Article D, pertaining to second units, in order to be consistent with SB 1069, AB 2299, and AB 2406 that relate to the placement and regulation of accessory dwelling units. This ordinance also amends the De nitions and Residential Use Matrix sections of the Reedley Municipal Code to replace the term “second dwelling units” with “accessory dwelling units”.
Ordinance No. 2017-007 was adopted by the City Council at its regu- lar meeting of January 23, 2018, by the following vote:
