Mike Hernandez
Aguilar
Mike Hernandez Aguilar of Dinuba died May 8. He was 83.
Mr Aguilar worked as a machinist for the 3-M Company for 25 years.
He is survived by his wife, Rachael, two sons, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, three brothers and three sisters..
Funeral services were held at Selma Cemetery. Dopkins Di- nuba Funeral Chapel handled the arrange- ments.
Gerald Davidow
Gerald Mark David- ow of Sanger died May 14. He was 70.
Mr. Davidow was an attorney for the Hart- ford Insurance Com- pany.
He is survived by his wife, Susan F. Davidow of Sanger, two sons, one daughter, one sister and five grandchildren.
No services were scheduled. Wallin’s Sanger Funeral Home is handling funeral ar- rangements.
Lorenza Deloya
Lorenza Ruiz Deloya of Sanger died May 16 in Fresno. She was 68.
Mrs. Deloya worked as a seamstress.
She is survived by her husband, Esteban
Meza, two sons, five daughters, 19 grand- children and nine great- grandchildren.
Private services were scheduled. Dop- kins Dinuba Funeral Chapel handled the ar- rangements.
Jairo Luis Estrada
Jairo Luis Estrada of
Sanger died May 11. He was 30.
Mr. Estrada was self- employed.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Bolanos of Sanger, one son, one daughter, one brother, one sister and his par- ents, Fernando and Oli- va Estrada.
No services were held. Wallin’s Sanger Funeral Home handled funeral arrangements.
Helma Nicholas
Helma Nicholas of Dinuba died May 11 in Reedley. She was 84.
Ms. Nicholas is survived by one son, three daughters and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at a later date. Dopkins Dinuba Funer- al Chapel is handling the arrangements.
Leonor Rojas
Leonor Rojas of Di- nuba died May 8. She was 79.
Mrs. Rojas was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Elias, and four children.
Private services were held, and burial was on May 18 at Smith Mountain Cemetery in Dinuba. Dopkins Dinu- ba Funeral Chapel han- dled the arrangements.
Ralph Rosedale
Ralph Eldon Rose- dale of Dinuba died May 11. He was 87.
Mr. Rosedale was a community activist who helped many people.
He is survived by his wife Pauline, one son and one daughter.
Private services were held, and burial was on May 18 at Smith Mountain Cemetery in Dinuba. Dopkins Dinu- ba Funeral Chapel han- dled the arrangements.
Catalina Rubalcaba Catalina Balandran
Rubalcaba of Dinuba died May 11. She was
92.
Mrs. Rubalcaba is
survived by his one son and three daughters along with many grand- children and great- grandchildren.

Elisa Solarzano
Elisa Solorzano of Orosi died May 16 in Reedley. She was 98.
Mrs. Solorzano worked as a cook.
She is survived by four daughters, one son, 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one sister.

The Bureau of Reclamation on May 19 boosted its Class I water allo- cation for Friant Division water con- tractors to 60 percent.
The Friant Division's water sup- ply for Class I (first available 800,000 acre-feet of water) was boosted from the previous allotment of 55 percent "based on improved hydrologic con- ditions and the forecasted snowmelt runoff in the Upper San Joaquin River Basin," according to a news re-
lease. The Class 2 allotment remains at zero.
“Thanks to April precipitation showing a sizeable water supply im- provement for the American River watershed, Reclamation is pleased to announce this increased allo- cation for CVP water contractors south-of-the Delta,” said California- Great Basin Regional Director Er- nest Conant. “Friant Division Class 1 contractors are also benefitting
