Man arrested after high speed chase, crash in stolen vehicle

• Victor Henry Gallegos, 42, of Dinuba was booked on Dec. 24 on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, a felony.
According to police, officers responded to the 300 block of Lillie Avenue for a domestic violence incident. Upon making contact, police say he was determined to be the aggressor and was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Tulare County Pretrial Facility for booking.
• Jessica Marie Hernandez, 42, of Reedley was booked on Dec. 24 suspicion of elder abuse, a misdemeanor.
Police say she was arrested in the 300 block of Lillie Avenue after she was involved in a physical altercation where she allegedly pushed an elderly female, causing injuries. She was arrested and later transported to the Tulare County Pretrial Facility for booking.
• Savannah Liane Espinosa, 34, of Dinuba was booked on Dec. 24 on suspicion of battery, a misdemeanor.

Dinuba police officers arrested a 32-year-old man from Los Angeles on Dec. 23 after being led on a high-speed chase that took them from Dinuba to the city of Visalia, say police.
According to Dinuba Police, at approximately 11:40 p.m. last Sunday, officers were alerted to a stolen pickup truck that had been filed by the Fresno County Sheriff’s Department. Officers later observed a pickup truck in the 600 block of North Alta Avenue that matched the description and attempted to stop the driver.

to officers and led them on a high-speed chase through the city of Dinuba and into the city of Visalia.
Officers say the suspect lost control of the pickup truck and collided into a tree at Plaza Park in Visalia. The driver, identified as Noe Arreola, did not sustain any injuries as a result of the traffic collision and was taken into custody without incident.
He was booked into Tulare County Jail for possession of a stolen vehicle and leading officers on a high-speed chase. Police say he was also found to have an extensive record for vehicle theft related crimes.

• Beatriz Perez Vasquez, 36, of Dinuba was booked on Dec. 30 on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, a felony, and disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
Officers say she was in a verbal argument with her husband and during the argument grabbed a flashlight and hit him with it, causing visible injury. She was taken into custody and transported to the Tulare County Pretrial Facility for housing.

Upon investigation, police say it was determined that she assaulted her mother. She was also found to have an outstanding arrest warrant out of Fresno County for passing bad checks. She was arrested and then released on cite.
• Jeremy John Gonzalez, 20, of Dinuba was booked on Dec. 25 on suspicion of evading a police officer, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, all misdemeanors.
Police say officers attempted to stop him for failing to stop at a red light. However, according to police, he failed to yield and continued driving towards his residence. Officers say they boxed in his vehicle and was later able to take him into custody. He was transported to the Dinuba Police Department where he was booked and later released.
• Anthony Flores, 30, of Dinuba was booked on Dec. 26
misdemeanor.
According to police, he was
contacted in the 100 block of West Fresno Street near a glass shop and was found to be in possession of a stolen window. He was arrested and transported to the Dinuba Police Department for booking. He was later released with a promise to appear in court.
• Veronica Cerna, 32, of Reedley was arrested on Dec. 28 on suspicion of child cruelty and inflicting injury to a child, both felonies, and being under the influence of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
Police say officers responded to the 200 block of West North Way in regards to a vehicle theft in progress. Upon arriving at the scene, officers say they contacted several juveniles who were
