The Reedley Marlins swim team competed in the Central Valley Recreational All-Stars Finals on July 23 at theSangerHighSwimComplex.TheMarlinsboysandgirlsteamcombinedtofinishin12thplaceout of 22 teams that competed in the finals.

stroke. Lopez's time was 26.78 seconds. She also took third place in the six and under 25 yard freestyle race. She finished with a time of 22.96 seconds.
Kyle Bacon finished in fourth place in the eight and under 25 yard freestyle race. Bacon ended with a time of 19.30 seconds.
Koen Ensz had a second place finish in the boys 10 and under 100 yard individu- al medley. he also took fifth place in the boys nine-and 10-year-old 25 yard freestyle. Demetrius Vargas took 16th place in the 11-and 12-year- old race.
Ensz also took fourth in the 25 yard butterfly.
Alina Hodges took 13th in the 13-and 14-year-old 50 yard
freestyle, while Roman Ramos also took 13th in the boys side of the race.
Hodges also took eighth place in the 13-and 14-year-old 50 yard breastroke.
Marlins Abby Delport ended in 11th place in the girls 15-to 18-year-old 50 yard freestyle.
Samuel Salazar took 18th place in the the boys division. AJ Cervantes took 13th place in the boys six and un-
der 25 yard backstroke. Isaak Ensz took second place in the boys eight-and under 25 yard backstroke, while Kyle Bacon ended in
21st place.
Danielle Hager finished in
ninth-place in the girls 9-and 10-year-old 25 yard back- stroke, while Jamilah Taylor took 19th.
Grace Tademy took 14th in the 11-and 12-year-old 50 yard backstroke, while Lili-
ahna Bedolla took 13th in the 13-and 14-year-old division. Alina Hodges tools 19th in the same race.
Roman Ramos finished in ninth place in the 13-and 14-year-old boys division and Elise Thiesen took eight place in the 15-to 18-year-old division of the 50 yard back- stroke. Abby Delport took 16th in the same event.
Chloe Haywood finished in 13th place in the girls 10 and under 100 yard individual medley.
Marisa Sanchez ended in seventh place in the girls eight and under 25 yard back- stroke.
The Marlins girls eight and under 100 yard medley relay team finished in fourth place. Members of the team were Julianna Dean, Marisa Sanchez, Liv Delport and Layla Ruiz.
