come in and perform, that's a lot of fun," said Gill. "I really enjoyed the last group of high schoolers we had in Leg- ends."
Gill also added that the last round of people who performed were bright and eager which made her job of helping
them learn a whole lot easier.
"It kind of reminds us of when we
were young, so it definitely gets you more passionate about what you're doing and what lights up that fire," she said.
Gill, who is in charge of publicity and marketing also directs shows as well as performs. She said members wear a va- riety of hats, but they love to see young new faces perform and become comfort- able with the stage.
"You get to put on your educational theatre hat a little bit more, we can teach them the do's and don'ts of being up on stage," said Joseph Hill. "The standard theatre practices and things like that."
The River City Theatre is finishing up their 2017-2018 season.
They will begin their 2018-2019 sea- son with Smokey Joe's Cafe on Oct. 19. For a full list of shows and performances visit ReedleyRiverCityTheatre.org or call 559-638-6500.
