Bark for Life coming to Dinuba

Community members are invited to attend the American Cancer Society’s Bark for Life Dinuba Dog Days. The event will be held from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Sat- urday, Oct. 19 at Jimmy Low Community Dog Park located at 1000 E. Nebraska Ave in Dinuba.
There will be exhibi- tors including licensing, mobile grooming and adoption opportunities.
Competition registra- tion will begin at 10:30 a.m. Categories include special talent, best cos-
tume, dog/owner look alike, fetch, doggie mu- sical chairs and more. Other activities will in- clude clay paw prints, opportunity drawings and exhibitor booths. Services available rang- ing from adoption to li- censing will be available.
All dogs must be on a leash and there is a cost to enter.

Briones said she had an idea as to why the op- ponent didn’t show up.
“I do know I hurt her pretty bad back then, even though she won that fight, I know I had hurt her pretty bad, so when it came time to fight at the Fresno Fair, she didn’t show up,” said Briones.
