The City of Dinuba is requesting proposals for professional services to prepare a focused General Plan Update. This update will designate new areas for residential development in the community, around the proposed new Dinuba High School and in the City’s downtown area. The focus of the update will be on the Land Use Element, with other elements reviewed and updated as necessary. Proposals are due no later than 3:00 P.M. PST, Friday, March 5, 2021. A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ORANGE COVE TO CONSIDER APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN REVIEW 2021-01 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2021-01 FOR A PROPOSED TIRE SALES AND INSTALLATION SHOP AT THE NORTHEAST COR- NER OF PARK BOULEVARD AND WEST RAILROAD.
Project Description:
The applicant, Lopez Tire Shop is requesting Site Plan Review for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Tire Sales and Installation business at 940 Park Blvd. The site contains .72 acres with a recycling facility at the west side of the property. The middle portion of the property contains a 1,330 sq. ft. vacant garage building. Approval of the project will allow the applicant to occupy the building for the operation of a new and used tire sales and installation business. APN 375-172-01
The City has determined that the above referenced project will not have a significant or adverse impact on the environment and is Categorically Ex- empt from CEQA. The staff report on this matter is available to the public at least three days prior to the public hearings and may be reviewed at Or- ange Cove City Hall located at 633 Sixth Street, Orange Cove, as well as, cityof orangecove.com. The hearings are open to the public and anyone may testify. All interested persons are invited to comment on the project. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CITY OF ORANGE COVE PUBLIC MEETINGS
Based upon recommendations from the CDC regarding social distancing relative to COVID-19 (coronavirus) and in accordance with the applicable provisions of Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 issued by Governor Newsom (“EO”), all public meetings will be held via teleconference. The City will have available a free call-in conference call number for those who wish to listen and/or provide public comment during the public comment period of the agenda or on a specific agenda item.

The Board of Trustees of Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District Tulare County in California invites and will receive sealed proposals to add
the following items to the existing Sports Complex located in Orosi CA. Landscape and irrigation for baseball and softball fields, fencing and back stops, concrete and electrical work for future lighting installation. The school District will receive the bids up to but no later than 10:30 am, on the 25th of February 2021.Thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.
