Flu Vaccines
The Fresno County De- partment of Health will pro- vide flu vaccines at the Reed- ley Community Center from 3 to 6 p.m. on Sept. 20.

Senior Prom & Dinner
Only a few seats left! On Friday Sept. 21, a special eve- ning of dining and entertain- ment will be held for local seniors 55+. Tickets cost $10. Come by the Senior Center, Monday -Friday from 9 am- 10:30 am.
Senior Trip to Duarte Poinsettia Farm & Hilmar Cheese Factory
Join us on Nov. 28. for a trip to Duarte Poinsettia Farm and see the variety of poinsettia plants and other unique items with an option to purchase.

“This is one of those class- es to help them take care of themselves when they're older,” he said.
“So we just go over all the biomechanics, I talk about nutrition-- just the other day I gave a lesson about water, I had a whole day on water and why we should drink it and why it's important.”
According to verywell- fit.com, biomechanics refers to the science of movement of a living body, including how muscles, bones, ten- dons, and ligaments work together.
Hamilton added that it's important for students to not only exercise but exer- cise correctly so they don't risk injury.
His lessons also go into depth in regards to the sci- ence behind various nutri- ents and how those affect our bodies as well.
"Basically not just un- derstanding nutrients what they are, but nutrient timing as well,” said Hamilton.

Oct. 27 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Palm United Method- ist Church of Dinuba will hold its annual Oriental Take-Out Dinner.
The church is located at 438 West Tulare Street, on the corner of "P" Street, in Dinuba. Menu will include grilled teriyaki chicken, cabbage and ramen salad, chow mein, steamed rice, and cookies. Tickets cost $12 and can be purchased from church members or at the door. Boutique items will also be available for purchase. Proceeds will go to support various mission projects.
