fabric and you cut it up and create designs out of it, that is what is so joyful,"
"There are also different styles of quilting, you've got your contemporary quilts, you've got your traditional
quilts, you've got the in be- tween quilts," she said.
"I mean there's just a variation depending on who you are, you bring out your art in that."
The Mennonite Quilt Center Museum is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. as well as Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Out in the waiting room of the animal hospital were Reedley resident, Estephanie Salcedo and her 4-year-old cat named Xena.
"He's here getting his yearly shots because he's an outside cat so he needs those for sure," Salcedo said. "We have five cats and we bring them all in here."
Salcedo said they bring their cats in regularly for a
variety of checkups. She said some of her cats are inside cats but since Xena is an out- side cat, they make sure to bring him in regularly.
"The prices here are re- ally good and we've gone to a lot of other veterinarians and they're all more expensive"
Dr. Khaira said they've had a surge of patients in the recent weeks.
"The other veterinarian, he was on Dinuba Avenue here in town, he closed, and we've picked up his clients," he said. "We weren't that busy before but its really picked up around here."
Khaira said he's been practicing veterinary medi- cine for more than 30 years.
"I've been working in this field since 1976, so I did prac- tice many years in India and then I came to this country in 1999, I got my license over here," he said. "I did one year of my residency at Iowa State University here to get my li- cense."
Dr. Khaira said they also offer spay and neuter, vac- cines, and a variety of pre- ventative medicines for their pets as well.
"Pet owners in the area should consider getting the
preventative medications done before their pets might catch something," he said. "Then what ends up happen- ing is pet owners end up pay- ing too much if they get a dis- ease, we also have vaccines for rattlesnakes also incase of a bite, it minimizes that risk as well."
He also added that they've changed their phone number for new clients wanting to contact them.
