• Vehicle tires were reportedly slashed in the 900 block of West El Monte Way at 12:15 p.m.
• A female subject was causing a ver- bal disturbance outside a business in the 800 block of North Alta Avenue at 1:35 p.m.
• Shots fired was reported in the 23000 block of East Floral Avenue, East of Crawford Avenue, at 10:27 p.m.

There were 161 calls for service and 12 traffic citations were issued.
• A courtesy incident report was conducted for the Dinuba Police Department in the 1000 block of N Street regard- ing a possible sexual as- sault that occurred in Dinuba.
• A subject check was conducted in the area of 9th Street and Palm Avenue, resulting in the subject being arrested for possession of nar- cotics.
• Officers responded to the 900 block of J Street for a report of an un- wanted subject. The sub- ject was contacted and served with a trespass- ing advisement.
Saturday, April 18
There were 103 calls for service and 11 traffic
citations were issued.
• Identity theft was re- ported in the 2400 block of 5th Street.
• A male subject was ar- rested for possession of a loaded firearm after a vehicle stop in the area of Jensen and Bethel av- enues.
• A physical disturbance between two males was reported in the 2100 block of 5th Street. One male was reportedly transport- ed to the hospital with self-inflicted injuries.
• A prowler was reported in the 2500 block of Jen- sen Avenue. A field in- terview was conducted on the subject.
Sunday, April 19
There were 105 calls for service and 4 traffic citations were issued.
• A vehicle break-in was reported in the parking lot of Walmart, with a small black and yellow toolbox reportedly taken
from the back seat. Video surveillance showed an unknown subject fleeing the area in a white Dodge Challenger with a sun- roof and a black spoiler. • A disturbance was re- ported in the 500 block of Academy Avenue. Upon officers arriving, male suspect fled the scene on foot after officers identi- fied themselves.
• A vehicle hit-and-run was reported in the 900 block of Academy Av- enue.
• Sanger police assisted the Fresno County Sher- iff’s Office by contacting a subject at the AM/PM in Sanger. After a field interview, the subject was sent on his way.
• A report of an injured person with a gunshot wound was reported in the 900 block of Church Avenue. Upon arrival, officers contacted a male subject who had sustained two non-life-
threatening gunshot wounds to the lower ex- tremities. The victim was reportedly in an ar- gument with an unknown male when the male sub- ject produced a firearm and shot the victim. The male suspect remains un- known and at large. The case is being investigat- ed as gang related.
• Officers responded to the 200 block of Acad- emy Avenue for a report of a theft in progress. Upon arrival, officers contacted a female who had stolen items from a business and was arrest- ed at the scene.
• A male subject was arrested for violating a domestic disturbance re- straining order in the 200 block of K Street.
• Two vehicles were pulled over in the 900 block of Academy Ave- nue for reportedly racing in the area. Both drivers were cited for speeding.
