The Quezon City Government took this
opportunity to inform participants of its five
thrusts which are social services for all,
economic development, sustainable
environment conservation, high caliber
infrastructure projects, and good governance.

Under economic development, QCitizens are
assured of continuous automation and
digitization of the City’s services which are
geared towards further enhancing the “ease of
doing business” and eradicating corruption.
Another major thrust is that social services are
guaranteed for all QCitizens.

Good governance is underscored by zero
tolerance for corruption, bringing the City
government’s services closer to the citizens
through District Action Offices while also
enhancing the skills and knowledge of
government personnel, barangay officials, and
members of the People’s Council.
