Establishment of a connection between two (2)
of Quezon City’s major public parks, the Ninoy
Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center (NAPWC) and
the Quezon Memorial Circle (QMC), in such a
way that the former is an extension to the latter,
and vice versa, thus, increasing open space
land area, promoting tourism and enhancing
foot traffic of both parks. The connection will be
via an elevated and landscaped promenade
linking the two (2) parks over Elliptical Road.
