Mercian Cadets Lead the Way

Hereford & Worcester ACF annual summer camp was held at Warcop Training area in Cumbria in August with over 150 cadets
in attendance. An action packed week
of training was carried out by the cadets and adults despite the best efforts of the weather to curtail training by the frequent and heavy bursts of unseasonal rain. The cadets carried out a varied and challenging programme of activities over the week which included a mix of military training and adventurous training. Activities included full-bore shooting, paintball, orienteering, assault course, canoeing, rafting, sports,
