Adventure Training in the Lake District and North Wales
208 Bty RA deployed to Capel Curig Training Camp in May 19 to conduct Adventure Training activities: MTB in Penmachno mountain bike centre, Coasteering on Anglesey and walking the Carnedd horseshoe.
Adventure Training February 2020
In Feb 20 – 208 Bty RA deployed on an AT weekend to Ambleside staying in the Hut and as pictured experienced some wintry conditions on Helvelyn enjoying the sub-zero temperatures and the views of the Ski lift which you have to walk up to, shortly after this picture was taken a skier passed us with his snowboard and boots on his rucksack, hard core skiing in the Lakes.
