Meeting on 18th February where the appointment of the Association Chairman, Colonel MJ Cornwell OBE, and an Association Secretary, Captain MK Godwin, were endorsed. The EGM also endorsed the forming of County Branches of the Association, each with its own Chairman. These changes were “authorised by the Charity Commission on 30th June and the President, Brigadier P E O’R-B David- son-Houston CBE, was delighted to announce that the following were appointed by the Trustees as the rst County Chairmen with effect from 1st July 2017:
• The County of Gloucestershire and the County
and City of Bristol - Lieutenant Colonel D R Dixon
OBE.
• The Royal County of Berkshire - Lieutenant
Colonel B R Paddison MBE DL.
• The County of Wiltshire - Lieutenant Colonel S J
Venus MBE.
Through this period, Lesley Bradshaw retired and, effectively, the Gloucester Of ce closed. Sue Nelmes visited the Customs House and collected as much data as was available and worked tirelessly to prepare the data for handing over to the new Association Secretary.
