REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY AT THE CENOTAPH
This was a very cold, damp and misty day with a very early start. This was also the first time that the Junior Cadets were marching, an advance team of Junior Cadets went first so that they could position themselves to hand out service sheets. Standing next to the Cenotaph we were surprised to see the ship’s company of HMS Iron Duke arrive, which was a nice surprise. After the service everyone marched back to the Unit where Lt (SCC) Janice Spicer MBE, RNR had hot soup and bread ready to warm everyone up!
