To ensure social distancing is maintained and so that we can prepare the buildings appropriately, anyone wanting to attend the services must book in advance. You can do so via a simple booking form on our website. Please note anyone attending will also be required to wear a face mask unless they are exempt from doing so.

Remembrance Sunday: The plan is to hold a shortened open-air service at the War Memorial with speakers to allow us all to hear but at a social distance.

It has been wonderful to see familiar faces
in church on Sunday mornings albeit that they are smiling behind face masks. We
are maintaining social distance but it is still good to be together and to celebrate Holy Communion. The online services continue so you can have the best of both worlds!

For the foreseeable future there will be only one service, per month, in each of the three churches within the Benefice. A service can be accessed online each week.

It was lovely to actually have services in our own church during September. When this goes to press we might have been lucky enough to have held a Benefice service in October – or we may not!!
The times and dates for November are even more uncertain so the only answer
is to look on the church website www. tdichurches.co.uk or ring/email one of us nearer the time. We will try and get a printed notice up in the noticeboard at the lychgate.
Sadly, we can no longer have our usual Christmas Tree Festival in church but we are hoping that people might like to decorate a tree, or a wreath, on any theme, and display it on their property where it can be seen by the public to help make Islip that little bit more festive. Details of Christmas services, live if we can hold them, and/or online, will be announced when we can. Look on the website or for posters around or contact one of us nearer the time.
Sally Morris would like to thank all who supported her in any way for her Macmillan stall. It has raised over £300 so far.
