What makes AGA different? Traditionally AGA is different in how it cooks using cast- iron radiant heat. This is still true to this day, however as AGA has modernised and expanded the range, there is now an appliance for every kitchen.
Proudest moment? Becoming the Retail Sales Manager in February 2020.
Any future ambitions? Yes, just not quite sure what yet – I’m very happy getting stuck in with our lovely new showroom for now!
What brings you joy? Finding the perfect appliance for a customer and getting that email at the end of the customer journey, saying how pleased they are.
Your favourite item on sale? It’s got to be our brand new AGA eR7i - taking the already
incredible AGA eR7 but making it even more flexible for ultimate modern day living.
What’s your best seller? The AGA eR7 100: flexibility with the traditional style of a cast-iron AGA.
What else do you sell apart from AGAs? We sell La Cornue, NOVY, Masterchef, Mercury, Kamado Joe, EVO and Josper Grills... as well as many more on the way!
Do you sell gifts? Yes, absolutely. We have a great range of Cookshop items that often make perfect gifts. We offer gift cards too.
Do you offer oven servicing? We don’t directly offer servicing, however we have a number of trusted local engineers available and a central network for anyone further afield. www.agaliving.com
