Minutes of Annual General Meeting
Thursday 19th September 2024
Members Present (14):
Commi􏰀ee members (5): Andy Webb, Pat Cro􏰁on, Carol Goulden, Nigel Coldico􏰀 and Greg Hope.
Other members (9): Bev Atkins, Pat Blundell, Simon Danna􏰀, Julie Fish, John Frone, Mar􏰂n Harrison, Mike Pollard, Mark Taylor and Nik Ward.
Chair Andy Webb opened the Zoom mee􏰂ng at 7.30PM and welcomed all the mem- bers a􏰀ending. He explained that the format of the AGM is a li􏰀le unusual, in that it is intended to be a ‘communica􏰂on’ between Commi􏰀ee and Members, rather than a ‘formal’ vo􏰂ng approach, to reflect the wide geographical spread of members and the imprac􏰂cality of members actual gathering in a specific loca􏰂on, as GBC had in fact done originally. 1 Apologies for absence (9):
