An address to impress
Situated on one of the most sought after roads in Market Harborough, this beautifully appointed 1930’s property is sure to impress with its convenient location, extended accommodation and planning permission for a loft conversion!
This wonderful residence benefits from a prestigious residential location set within close proximity of the town centre, local amenities, and just a short walk to the train station. The beautiful accommodation offers a wealth of period charm throughout to include high ceilings, original exposed timber internal doors, period style tiled flooring, curved walls, picture rails and a feature fireplace. Extensively modernised in 2014, the property now offers more than meets the eye with a front Porch, a brick built lean to offering fantastic storage and a rear extension with bi-folding doors creating an open plan Kitchen/Dining/Family Room and granted planning permission for a full loft conversion. The attractive rear Garden has been beautifully maintained offering a raised paved patio area with a step down to the main lawn section, two slate chipped areas, planted borders and an established shrubbery which would make an ideal small allotment area.

What's new? – Our sign of the times!
So we felt that it was time for a change with our ‘street signs' but still wished to retain the distinctive HC logo but bring it hurtling into the 21st century.
The advertising gurus believe that people now recognise a company more by it’s corporate colour scheme and less by it’s actual name. As minimalist styling seemed to be all the rage we decided to reduce the size of the logo but increase the colour green embellished with a white tramline 5mm in from it’s edge. By leaving the telephone number on the board but removing the web site address this increased the minimalist visual impact - after
all, everyone expects an estate agent to have a web site without needing to advertise it.
All of these changes were made more significant by turning the board on it’s side and creating
a landscape shape for our T boards but also producing a nifty portrait style for our flag boards designed for terrace and mews style properties.
We think that the result is a modern day For Sale and To Let board with clean lines but still with the distinctive green and gold associated with the Henderson Connellan brand.
We hope that you like them and indeed desire one outside your place sometime in the future.
