Social Prescribers
 Sam Hubbard (Monday – Wednesday) and Roz O’Sullivan (Thursdays) work within the Oundle surgery and help connect patients to groups, activities and services within their community to meet their social and emotional needs that effect their health and wellbeing. Social prescribing link workers play a key
role by giving people time, focusing on ‘what matters to me’ and taking a holistic approach

Respiratory Syncytial virus (RSV)

walk for 45-60 mins, followed by a cuppa facilitated by the Fletton Hub.
• Refer patients to Oundle School Sports Centre (oundlesportscentre.co.uk) should they meet the criteria. This is to assist those who wish to maintain/increase fitness and promote wellbeing.
• Signpost and/or refer patients to the amazing voluntary network in the area. For example, Community Car Scheme & Befriending Service in North East Northamptonshire – Volunteer Action (volunteeractionoundle.

We are an armed forces veteran accredited GP practice. If you have served in the armed forces please let the practice know so we can flag this on your notes. This will allow patients to have access to services tailored to veteran care. Please contact the practice for more information.
