Extra Events or Alterations to Events
I think most people welcome information by email about extra events taking place which are not possible to put in the calendar or Out Birding. However, it would help when sending the information if you could follow this procedure:
¨ send your notices by email to news@gbc-onlne.org.uk;
¨ type them in the final format for them to be emailed out to the membership;
¨ include a heading for the email;
¨ provide all the details of the event as they would appear in the calendar, including contacts details.
¨ no need to put anything above or below in the way of greeting or thanks! If you want to attend one of these events, please contact the organiser rather than
responding to the GBC email address. Thanks. Caroline
