It has been a busy year for the RAPTC Road Cycling Race Team with the team racing in the Army Cycling Road Race Series (ACRRS), the Inter Corps Championships, the Army
Championships (where the ASPT won the minor unit title) and also attending a training camp in Cyprus.
The RAPTC training camp focused on developing road cycling pro ciency and skills linked to improving the components of tness and race craft. The team that deployed included a mixture of cycling abilities, ranging from very pro cient and experienced road cyclists to comparatively novice riders. The training camp was therefore designed to be achievable to all skill and tness levels within the team.
This year the RAPTC Road Cycling Race Team aims to perform in the ACRRS and also to regain the title as Inter Corps Championship Race winners.
