The Army Inspectorate is located within Army Headquarters, Andover. We are a small multi cap badge team of Staff Of cers/Warrant Of cers that are headed up by a Brigadier, the Army Inspector. The Army Inspector is a Service Advisor to the Chief of the General Staff, working directly to the Deputy Chief of

the General Staff. The Inspectorate comprises of 17 Regular and 3 Reserve Of cers/Warrant Of cers and 3 civilians split into a Policy Branch and two Review Teams.
As a Review Team Warrant Of cer it is my job to plan and conduct targeted assurance reviews and evaluations across areas of Army activity. I assist in the compilation of reports on the outcome of discrete assurance activity, highlighting issues and frictions then recommending solutions and robust mitigation options to the top tiers of the Army. The assignment to the Army Inspectorate is E2 but is an E1 liability the RAPTC hold.
