As the enablers of 2 RANGER, Z Company have continued to deliver critical G1-G8 support to the wider battalion throughout 2023/24. Ex APOLLO SABRE has been a large commitment to Z Company but is widely recognised as an opportunity to deliver real life support across
all departments and to upskill. The Company’s notable tasks include the project management of a growing infrastructure development that
will eventually see a barracks that holds two Ranger Battalions and supporting units. The CIS team will see the arrival of the very best and latest communications equipment. The QM(T) team continues to manage the large amount of equipment investment; notably, they will take delivery of and issue
the new bespoke KS-1 rifle at the close of the year. The MT platoon has successfully transitioned the
Bn to MYDRIVE. The Training Wing team delivered the first Ranger march in October and they continue to deliver training and support to all Companies across the Battalion. With hard work comes reward, this year has seen two Privates, Harrow and Stains take their first step into leadership as Lance Corporals. Our internal moves on promotion include two Lance Corporals promote
to Corporal, Cpls Catanaivalu
