KNARESBOROUGH DETACHMENT AFFILIATES WITH RBL
Members of the Knaresborough branch of the Royal British Legion visited B Company's Knaresborough Detachment on Monday 10th July 23 to conduct an Affiliation Ceremony.
The ceremony was attended by the guest of honour, Councillor Hannah Gostlow (Mayor of Knaresborough), as well as B Company's OC, Major Chrissy Massey, and members of both Knaresborough and Harrogate Detachments.

RBL, said he hoped the official affiliation would create a strong bond between the Legion and
the detachment members; this would include activities such as participating in poppy-selling and Remembrance Sunday in their own town.
This is a great step for a detachment that only reopened in 2021 and shows that they are going from strength to strength!
