IFC Roofing is committed to a comprehensive benefit program that helps our employees stay healthy and feel
secure while maintaining a quality work/life balance.
IFC Roofing is pleased to announce that we offer our full-time W-2 and 1099 sales employees three
comprehensive Major Medical plans with United Healthcare. Each of our medical plans offer a variety of
Doctor Copays, Calendar Annual Deductibles (CYD), and Out of Pocket Maximums. ALL our Medical plans
come with Virtual Doctor Visits covered 100% and comprehensive annual preventative care benefits covered
100% along with other Wellness programs for healthier lifestyles.
We also offer voluntary Dental, Vision and NEW this year is Voluntary Life with guaranteed issue up to
$75,000 for employees, $35,000 for spouses and $10,000 children. Our dental plan offers Unlimited annual
benefits for preventative, basic and major services. Orthodontics are included too. NEW this year dental has
no waiting period for major services. All full-time W-2 and 1099 sales employees have $25,000 Employer Paid
Life/AD&D coverage.
IFC Roofing contributes towards your medical, dental and vision coverage and 100% for employer paid life/
AD&D. Rates for Medical in 2020 are no longer based on your age. They are based on the tier of coverage.
Your costs are Pre-Tax.

benefits at a provider’s office, but it can provide assistance if needed. Refer to page 26 for instructions on
