Gas Clip Technologies, Inc. is committed to a comprehensive benefit program that helps our employees stay
healthy and feel secure while maintaining a work/life balance.
Gas Clip is pleased to offer all Full-Time Employees a choice between three NEW Major Medical plans with
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX). Our plans are nationwide PPO plans with In and Out of
Network benefits. Our NEW medical plans include lower Doctor Copays and Basic Lab and X-rays are
covered at 100% with deductible waived.
Our Dental, Vision, is moving to Lincoln Financial with enhanced benefits including Warby Parker added
to the vision offering all Len's cost and enhancement at a flat $25.00 Copay.
Gas Clip contributes 70% of ALL the cost for employees and dependents enrolled in medical, dental and
vision plans to help make enrolling more affordable.
Gas Clip also provides all Full-Time Employees with a flat amount of 100% Employer Paid through Lincoln
Financial Life Insurance with matching Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) at NO cost to you with
Lincoln Financial. Our employer paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability with Lincoln Financial has
Increased Benefits to provide financial security for employees and dependents.
Our Voluntary Life and AD&D is moving to Lincoln Financial with full new Guaranteed Issue of $100,000 for
employees and $30,000 for spouses with NO health questions and cannot be turned down. Children Life is
$20,000 for a flat monthly cost of $2.00 regardless of how many children are covered.
Voluntary Accident, Critical Illness remains with Allstate with no health questions.

self-service Website (Employee Navigator), anytime 24/7. This personalized website offers detailed infor-
mation on your current plan, benefit summaries, cost breakdowns, provider and network search tools,
instructional videos, carrier links, and relevant documents. To access your Employee Navigator self-service
site, please refer to pages 29-30 of this guide for detailed login instructions and benefit selection procedures.
