Greetings from PhilHealth LHIO lfugao!

The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation or PhilHealth is currently implementing an
activity to identily individuals who will reach or have reached the age of Twenty-One. This
campaign was dubbed "Finding 21 A Partnership Endeavour with Universities and Colleges
of the Cordillera". It is a way to create awareness, deeper understanding and sincere
appreciation of PhilHealth's roles, responsibilities and services similarly inspired by the Disney
computeranimated fi lm "Finding Nemo".

in this connection, may we request your assistance for us to be given the opportunity to reach
out to your graduating students and conduct an Information and Education Campaign (EC)
which aims to facilitate the early planning and preparation for their job requrrements,
responsibilities and benetlts.
