CONTROLLING EMPLOYEE ACCESS
1. At some companies require employees to wear identification badges, which may
contain their photo or fingerprint, and a magnetic code. These codes can be read
by a card reader to access rooms or equipment.
2. Nearby readers can read badge codes, automatically identifying them in restricted
areas. This data sends to a computer, providing valuable security information like
entry and exit times.
3. Wearing ID ensures personal safety, and lost or stolen IDs should be reported
immediately to the appropriate person.
