                 MEETING REPORTS

               1. The completed reports may provide a written record of decisions that were made or

                   goals that were set for examples sales summaries, client visit logs, project progress
                   updates, and others that present the results of the business trip.



               2. Reports are sent to persons who will be affected by the decisions, goals, complaints,
                   or ideas.


                  LETTERS



               1.  Thank-you letters can be sent to people you met during a trip, depending on the

                    purpose of the trip and business etiquette guidelines.


               2.  Follow-up letters may record agreements, provide details not available during the

                    meeting, or discuss tasks.
