 1.6 Claims
 The Customer shall be en�tled to report damages, shortages, product temperature devia�ons and
 product returns as follows: No claim will be considered if the relevant procedure, as stated per

 No claim for shortages will be considered for deliveries to Distribu�on Centres. We strongly
 recommend that Consignors strap all their pallets in a crisscross manner with custom made tape
 prior to handing pallets over to LMC Express (Pty) Ltd.


 The Carrier’s drivers shall be issued with repor�ng documents which the Customer must complete
 to report damages and / or shortages and / or product temperature devia�ons and / or product
 returns. (Alterna�vely, request that The Carrier e-mails / faxes the applicable document to the
 Customer.)
