The Apollo Standards of Clinical Review (AMR), Apollo Incident Reporting System
(AIRS) and Apollo Critical Policies Plans and
Care (TASCC) Procedures (ACPPP). TASCC was implemented in

January 2012.
Apollo Hospitals Group aims at establishing the
highest standards of clinical care and patient safety for TASCC scores showed a steady increase from 310 in
all its hospitals irrespective of their location and size. FY (2012-13) to 453 in FY (2018-19) for Group A
The Apollo Standards of Clinical Care (TASCC) was hospitals, from 227 in FY (2012-13) to 367 in FY

patient safety. It encompasses six initiatives – Apollo hospitals, showing increasing standardisation of
Clinical Excellence dashboards (ACE 1 and ACE 2), processes and improving outcomes.
