During 2017 up to 2021, Warung Konsuler were held in cities such as Auckland, Blenheim, Christchurch,
Dunedin, New Plymouth, Tauranga, Nelson and others. In the event, various activities were held such as
seminar that touch on citizenship and consular issues, immigration policy, update on situation in Indonesia
such as preparation of general election, letter and legalization service, affidavit service, to dual-national
child, passport information and many others.
In this event, various Indonesian communities showcasing their talent such as in singing, dancing Indonesian
traditional dance, or displaying their small medium project. It also a event of tasting various Indonesian
delicacies and culinary that are not commonly present in New Zealand. In this warung, Indonesian people
connecting with each other, sharing their knowledge and experience, and getting closer to Indonesian
Embassy’s service.
Warung Konsuler, to Indonesian community, has become, not only an assistance in getting consular service,
but also to strengthen the bond and connection between each other. The event will always continue in the
future with close cooperation with Indonesian community.
