It is indeed a milestone to celebrate because every step towards achieving one's goal in life is worth celebrating. After one has laboured so hard to achieve positive results and make very meaningful progress at every stage in life, it is a natural inclination to celebrate a glorious end which is germane to the reason for today's gathering.I therefore invite all of you who are gathered here to see today's ceremony from the perspective of our natural response to appreciate every hard work exhibited by the Pupils during the course of their studies at Danbo Primary School. Here I can see a blend of extraordinary and smart Pupils and their ever supporting parents who have made this day arrive; they have come to us from every Form. corner of the city, unique in their own right and yet they have succeeded together. I am excited about the future for each of our Pupils graduating today. You have the potential to be all you want to be.It is not all about the academic achievements but rather about recognizing every single effort put in by each student throughout their stay at Danbo SixthOur curriculum in the Primary School is tailored towards meeting the global trend. This is what informed the constant review and upgrade of all our Curriculum to include problem solving skills such as critical thinking, effective communication, resilience, digital skills, self-awareness and most importantly collaborative abilities. All of these will stay with you and shape the path you take in life. I am certain that whichever path you take, Danbo will always remain close to your hearts.Finally, I will take this opportunity to express our profound gratitude to the Executive Director and the Board for giving us this platform to excel. Like any production behind the scenes there is a huge commitment going into each lesson prepared and an eagerness to be the very best each teacher can be. I want to salute the able team of staff of the school.It is a privilege for me to work with these staff who have such a skill-set and expertise in education. Their dedication to educating the Pupils in our school is enormous. I say a big thank you to all of our Pupils here the future is where you will spend most of your lives. The real power of creating and being responsible for your own future is unlimited. You will hopefully experience enormous joy in creating this journey for yourself and enjoy the benefits of it too. Of course there will be challenges ahead, however when you are determined to succeed you will make the right choices.
