CONCLUSIONS
We would like to again thank the Michigan Farm Bureau for inviting us to participate in the peer review process. We enjoyed meeting your leaders and staff, and we were genuinely impressed with their commitment to the organization. In our report, we attempted to clarify the key issues that we saw challenging the organization and offer recommendations for the consideration of the organization's leaders. We hope that our recommendations will be helpful as the board of directors prioritizes these ideas and continues to chart a course for the future of the Michigan Farm Bureau.
