Rhedona Rose, Executive Vice President, Tennessee Farm Bureau
Rhedona Rose is the Executive Vice President of the Tennessee Farm Bureau. In October 2017, Rhedona assumed the administrative role formally known as Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, she directs the daily work of the organization’s staff and finances and reports those to the Board of Directors. Prior to her administrative duties, she worked primarily in policy development and legislative activities. Rhedona continues to head the congressional activities. She has been with the
organization for 33 years.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science from Tennessee Tech and a master’s degree in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University.
Rhedona is active in many community organizations and events. Rhedona is a board member of AgLaunch, Genera Energy, and the Tennessee Technological (Tennessee Tech) University Board of Trustees.
Margee Wolff, Vice President, Leadership, Education & Engagement American Farm Bureau Federation
Margee leads and oversees a variety of programs including leadership training, young farmer and women's programs and the foundation that focuses on agricultural literacy. This is her 24th peer review.
Margee began her Farm Bureau career in 1995 with the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau. In 1997, she joined AFBF's leadership development team where she gained a reputation for her enthusiastic, interactive presentation style. She has presented training programs for volunteers, leaders and staff in all 50
states. She went on to manage the leadership development team, and in 2006, was promoted to manage the program development staff before being named Executive Director of the Organization Department in 2010. In spring 2018 she was promoted to her current position, which also includes serving on AFBF’s executive leadership team.
Margee holds a bachelor's degree in English from Penn State and a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago. She has earned the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives and is a certified executive coach. She and her husband, Marty, have two daughters.
