Take note: Scotsman and Guest John Shaw is
not to be trifled with in the kitchen.

There was but a single serviing left of the trifle that had
been made with care by John Shaw and his wife, Jo, after
people finished passing through the Jubilee Dessert line.
John, a Porsche guy, also received a gift bag as a born- in-
the UK guy when our native born NBCC members were
presented with their kits.
"Thanks for the Scottish survival kit, " he said,afterwards.
" It's the only time I can ever remember being rewarded for
being Scottish." John will always be tastefully
remembered for his 'served- 50' masterpiece, with Jo
contributing, by making, for her first time, the homemade
swiss rolls that are a necessary part of the procedure.
Thanks back at you, Shaws, for coming and and bringing
your version of the Jubilee Pudding to the our table.
