        Out  in  bucolic  Chapel Hill, Tennessee,  NBCC's secret ary Dave Bishop, st ill ret aining his

        Brit ish passport ,  recent ly finished building  a barn.  He hasn't  t urned t o farming in his
        ret irement . This  handsome st ruct ure, which  also includes a one bedroom apart ment  for guest s, was
        built  t hrough sheer det erminat ion during t he Covid pandemic. It   sit s on 10 acres, wit h cows for
        neighbors just  over t he back fence.  The bovines   know t hat  Bishop will be out  wit h feed each day,
        even t hough t hey act ually  belong t o a neighbor.  You can see in t heir liquid eyes as t hey wat ch him
        approach    t hat  t hey believe Dave, a newly mint ed cow whisperer,   is pret t y special.  And, he is --for
        what 's going on at   Dave's barn is unique and  not  just   because of his conversat ions wit h cows.
        Bishop's   prist ine and well designed barn was built  t o house   cars--some his,  some belonging t o
        ot hers,  car part s, original mot orsport    and advert ising art ,  physical t hings sharing space wit h
        Dave's  dreams for Vint age Euro.  No longer a part  t ime  hobby business  but  a ret irement  small
        business, Vint age Euro is a source for all t hings  gent ly used but  st ill useful,  needed by ot her people
        whose foreign car quirks  can be  t he st uff of night mares.  Dave locat es, curat es, cleans up, and files
        "st uff "- t he hard t o find and t he more obvious and also locat es cars.   His approach  t o   acreage,
        vint age cars and   t o t he  people who love t hem is t he same -- be helpful,  find somet hing nice and
