Conestoga College Culinary Field Trip
AT WATERLOO CAMPUS
Our culinary students were on a field trip to Conestoga Waterloo Campus to cook in a culinary lab and take a tour of Conestoga’s newly renovated campus! The students had a demonstration with Chef Yvonne to prepare caesar salad dressing and included it in a Turkey Caesar Wrap, paired with a delicious Butternut Squash soup! Students had the opportunity to eat in Bloom, the college’s restaurant.
