Using the recipe I made in class of a mushroom sauce, I was able to recreate it at home. I took it to my family’s Thanksgiving Dinner and everyone really enjoyed it!”

Students prepare a four course menu, create and plate for an invited group of students, family members, community partners, administrators, teachers and college faculty. “It is amazing to watch these students grow their repertoire and confidence as a group each week together” says dual credit teacher Tori Eckstein.
