                     Method
 Place burgers on a lightly greased baking tin and bake in the oven Gas 4/180°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
 Probe to ensure a core temperature of 75°C is reached for 30 seconds.
 Place cooked burger in a bap - add lettuce and sauce if required.
 Wrap bun in burger paper or place in a serving dish on the hot plate and serve.
