Method
Finely slice the beef and put to one side.
Cook the rice in the steamer with a little bit of veg stock until cooked, approx 40 minutes.
Mix the cooked vegetables into the rice while the rice is still hot.
Then mix in the sliced beef.
Open a tortilla wrap and place one spoon of sour cream and smooth out.
Then add 150g of rice mix and wrap the burrito in greaseproof paper.
Serve with a side salad or drink as a meal deal
