     Method
 Drain tinned tuna.
 Peel, wash and dice the onions, green beans and potatoes.
 Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions until soft.
 Blanch the potatoes and green beans in a pan of boiling water - drain.
 Spread the cooked onions, tuna, potatoes and green beans evenly over greased tins. Cover in grated cheese.
 Whisk the eggs until combined, add the milk with the mustard powder and whisk further.
 Pour over the egg mixture.
 Bake in the oven for 10 minutes on 200°C then turn the oven down to 180°C for a further 45 minutes.
 Remove from the oven - portion accordingly and serve.
