Method
Cook the pasta as per manufacturer’s instructions, refresh and drain well.
Make the white sauce using sub recipe.
Take the sauce off the heat and add half the cheese. Stir until melted.
Combine the cheese sauce with the tuna, pasta and the tinned tomatoes.
Place in to deep gastronorm tins and sprinkle on the remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven for approx 30 minutes Gas 4/180°C until golden brown.
